Part 1

It was a chilly day in December 2022, and winter had settled over the world.

A TV crew was filming in an elementary school classroom – but it wasn’t for a drama. This was a segment for a news program, though not a live broadcast.

The crew consisted of a female reporter, a male director, two cameramen, and several other staff members from a local station. Still, it had been announced in advance that the footage would be aired nationwide by a national network and streamed online.

They had gathered around the platform at the front of the classroom, where a young girl stood at the center. Her hair was short, but she didn’t come across as particularly energetic. Maybe it was the black-rimmed glasses she wore. The lenses were thick, suggesting a strong prescription, but the slightly old-fashioned frames somehow matched her serious demeanor.

The other children sat quietly at their desks, watching as their classmate stood under the lights with cameras pointed at her. The homeroom teacher stood silently at the side of the room, observing the scene without a word.

“Okay, we’ve got the opening. Let’s move on to the interview. Start with her introduction. Go ahead!”

Prompted by the female reporter – who had just received a signal from the director – the girl, her cheeks tinged with a faint blush, quietly opened her mouth.

“My name is Riko Kurito. I’m eleven years old. I’m in sixth grade, Class 1, at Hanamino Municipal Kenyu Elementary School…”

She paused there – but only for a moment. Her cheeks may have reddened slightly more, but outwardly, she carried on as if nothing had happened.

“I’m the Elementary School Student under the Nudity for Advancing Kinesthetic and Emotional Development Education Program for the 2022-2023 school year.”

The moment she said those words, the cameraman filming her close-up took a step back. To help viewers better understand what it meant to be the Elementary School Student under the Nudity for Advancing Kinesthetic and Emotional Development Education Program, it was necessary to capture Riko’s entire body on camera.

The girl captured through the camera lens wasn’t wearing a single item of clothing – not a top, not bottoms, not even underwear. Her appearance was exactly as she had said – she was, quite literally, completely naked, just as the word “nudity” in the program’s name implied.

But strictly speaking, that wasn’t entirely accurate. Setting aside her black-rimmed glasses, she wasn’t barefoot; she wore uwabaki – white canvas indoor slippers with brightly colored rubber soles and heels, a type of uniform footwear commonly worn by elementary school students inside Japanese school buildings. Riko’s had red soles and heels. And there were other things she was wearing as well…

Still, those details were trivial in the bigger picture. Riko’s appearance, without question, was best described as completely naked. After all, none of those things did anything to conceal the body that was just beginning to shift – from that of a little girl to that of one entering puberty.

It’s not unusual for a girl who has already reached puberty to feel uncomfortable showing her naked body – even in front of her own parents. And yet, she had exposed that very body – not just to her classmates, but to a TV crew. And in just a few hours, that same image would be broadcast to viewers across the country – no, to the entire world, via the internet.

Under normal circumstances, it would be unthinkable. But the reporter is here to explain how the unthinkable has become reality.

“Kurito-san was selected as the only child in the entire country to serve as the Elementary School Student under the Nudity for Advancing Kinesthetic and Emotional Development Education Program – also known as the NAKED Education Program.

This initiative was launched this school year as part of the Special Zone for the NAKED Education Program, a designated area established to promote the development of the Healthy Model Children.

It’s said that she has been living completely naked since the beginning of sixth grade this spring.

Today, I’d like to ask Kurito-san about her experiences as the Elementary School Student under the NAKED Education Program – or, as we call it, the NAKED Elementary Student.”

After giving that explanation, the reporter held the microphone out to Riko and continued.

“Hello, Kurito-san.”

“Hello,” Riko replied calmly – at least on the surface. She was aware that the interview was following a prearranged script as part of the overall production.

“Kurito-san, you’re the very first NAKED Elementary Student. How did you feel when you found out you’d been chosen?”

“Well, I was really surprised that someone like me had been selected. But I was also very happy to be chosen as the only NAKED Elementary Student representing everyone.”

Riko answered smoothly and without hesitation – but it wasn’t how she truly felt.

The question had been given to her in advance, but the answer hadn’t been provided by the TV crew – because that would have turned the segment into a scripted performance. Officially, the response was something Riko had come up with on her own.

But it wasn’t realistic to expect a sixth-grade girl to produce such an answer all by herself. In reality, she had to “consult” with her teachers before deciding what to say – and of course, that process was far from free of adult intentions and subtle pressure.

The truth was, she hadn’t even had time to feel surprised – let alone happy. After all, no one had told her in advance that she’d been chosen as the NAKED Elementary Student.

Regardless of how Riko truly felt, the interview continued.

“Since you’re completely naked, it’s easy to see how much you’ve grown, Kurito-san. I wonder – has your chest started to develop a little?”

“Thank you. They’re still small, so I feel a little embarrassed…”

“You’re only in sixth grade, so they’ll grow more with time, right? I’ve also heard that being seen like this by everyone is important for promoting the Healthy Model Children development. Is that true?”

“Yes. I was told that the Healthy Model Children must not only be in good health, but also grow up strong – both physically and mentally – and that in order for others to observe me and offer guidance, I have to live completely naked. I also heard that the NAKED Special Zone was created for that very purpose.”

Riko loved studying and was an excellent student, so memorizing an answer like that after just a few repetitions was no problem for her. Even so, she delivered it so smoothly and precisely that it almost sounded unnatural – but then again, she wasn’t an actress, so expecting anything more would have been asking too much.

“Your nipples as well – they appear quite plump and… well-developed.”

“Thank you.”

“And the protrusion between your legs is quite large, too.”

As she spoke, the reporter kept her eyes fixed on the girl’s slit – no more than a single, clean vertical line. From that modest seam, however, jutted a clitoris so swollen and deeply flushed it seemed almost violent in contrast.

“Yes. This little one here – technically it’s called the clitoris, but all of us in the class just call it ‘clitty.’ I’m actually quite proud of it. Our teacher and everyone else say it’s become quite impressive.”

“Is there some kind of trick to making it grow that much?”

“I’m not sure if you’d call it a trick, but I make sure to stimulate it every day. Oh – and my nipples, too.”

“I see. Just what we’d expect from the child chosen to be the NAKED Elementary Student. You’re always giving it your all, aren’t you, Kurito-san?”

“Thank you.”

“But… you have a name tag pierced through your nipple with a safety pin… and another pin through the other one… and, um, there’s one pierced on your clitty too… Doesn’t that hurt?”

At the reporter’s question – especially the word “name tag” – the memory of that day came flooding back to Riko.
